Die Fachgruppe Biologie im Profil
Die Forschungsaktivitäten innerhalb der Fachgruppe Biologie an der Universität Bonn stellen übergeordnete Fragestellungen in den Vordergrund. Dieses Konzept löst die klassische Aufteilung nach Organismengruppen (z.B. Mikrobiologie, Mykologie, Botanik, Zoologie) ab.
Darüber hinaus sind mit der Fachgruppe Biologie als kooperierendes Institut das Zoologische Forschungsmuseum Alexander Koenig sowie die Botanischen Gärten assoziiert.
