I'm studying how the complex threats that emerge from human activities and their ecosystem usage affect different species and their interactions. More specifically, I'm building mechanistic models and frameworks that include species interactions, metapopulation dynamics and local adaptation to predict these changes in the short to medium time frame (~100 years) on a high resolution, country to continental scale. My main project is called metaRange, which makes these tools accessible to a broader audience as an R package.
